SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING PRICES
Shipping prices begin from $10.95 and are determined by weight. Customers can get free standard shipping by spending over $150, or free express shipping by spending over $200.

All packages will be shipped by Australia Post.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days for all in stock items.

Standard shipping: 2-4 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days
Outside of NSW
Standard shipping: 3-6 business dys

Please note that these are only estimates, and do not account for order processing time.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
If your order includes in stock and pre order items, we will wait for the pre order item to come in stock before shipping your order altogether. If you would like your in stock items to be shipped first, please place the orders separately.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can change your delivery address as long as the item has not been dispatched yet. Please e-mail us at contact@kpopavenue.com.au to let us know your new address.
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent the tracking number/s to the e-mail that was provided at the time of checkout.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please get in touch with us via email at contact@kpopavenue.com.au with your full name and order number.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We do not accept change of mind returns / refunds. We do accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged or if any items are missing from your package. An UNBOXING VIDEO is required for any returns or refunds to be processed. Please make sure you film an unboxing video for any package shipped to you, the video must begin from before the package is opened, and must be unedited.
For any valid returns, please get in touch with us via email at contact@kpopavenue.com.au with your full name and order number. You must contact us within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of delivery. Once we review your unboxing video, we will let you know if your return is accepted or not, and process it accordingly. Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable.
